Gary Leonard: President. Mr. Leonard has over twenty years private
practice and Fortune 500 in-house experience including a wide variety of
corporate, commercial and consumer finance matters in Puerto Rico and
international scenarios. Mr. Leonard’s experience includes serving as
Assistant General Counsel to The Associates First Capital Corporation where
he was responsible for commercial and consumer lending programs,
collections activities, financial privacy issues, as well as general corporate
and other legal matters in Puerto Rico, Mexico, Costa Rica, and the
Philippines. Mr. Leonard was awarded the “Global Consumer Finance” award
by The Associates in 2001. Prior to joining The Associates’ home office in
Texas, he represented The Associates and other financial institutions in a
wide range of corporate, commercial and consumer finance matters in Puerto
Rico.
