management and collection operation, focused on providing comprehensive
volume-based consumer debt recovery Services to its clients, in a highly cost-

We focus on consumer accounts under $15,000 and currently manage over
$450 Million in consumer debt represented by over 100,000 individual
accounts. We manage our debt portfolios to generate return yields for 24, 36
or more months resulting in a significantly increased annualized and total

Comprehensive Collection Services. We provide complete and seamless
recovery services, generating revenue at each stage of the pre-legal, legal,
and post-judgment collection process all “under one roof” with quality
control mechanisms and high touch collection services at each stage of
recovery.
Premium Call Center Services & Technologies. The Company’s services
are augmented by the collection activities of an internal “attorney-
managed” call center. The combination of its 40-station+ call center with
the Law Firm’s legal collection services allows the Company to offer its
clientele increased returns at each stage of the collection process and the
minimization of court costs and related expenses. The call center operates
with leading systems and software which allow the Company to manage
large volumes of accounts in a cost effective manner. First class premium
technologies provide the Company’s call center with integrated hosted back-
up, off-site storage devices and monitoring systems for virus attacks or other
incidents which may threaten the security and integrity of all account
information.
Strict Legal Compliance. We provide an unmatched level of compliance
with the Federal and Puerto Rico compliance and regulatory environment,
beyond the statutory requirements of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act,
including personal financial data privacy, social security and identity theft
prevention measures. Compliance mechanisms are reinforced through
training and operational policies regarding collection practices,
confidentiality, emailing and third party disclosures, shredding, secure
disposal and clean desk policies.
Island-Wide Coverage In addition to our Hato Rey headquarters, the
Company (and its affiliated law firm) maintain a full operating service with
staff attorneys in strategic locations around the Island, to facilitate Court
Proceedings and functioning as Payment Centers for debtors. Clients can be
